EthOS is an agile human insights platform that helps companies capture the real-world experiences of their customers, users and employees. It’s leveraged by CX, UX and EX teams to unearth hidden problems, discover new opportunities and better understand the needs of the people they are studying.
EthOS facilitates the collection of contextually rich data through digital ethnography, diary studies and other methodologies that benefit from being in-the-moment with participants.
As a mobile-based tool, EthOS is with participants as they go about their day, allowing researchers to get closer to the moments they are studying. Our intuitive app eliminates friction in data collection, as it mimics chat environments participants already use in their everyday lives.
EthOS offers a variety of task types including picture, video and screen recording tasks. All tasks completed by participants hit the EthOS insight dashboard which offers automated transcriptions, sentiment analysis, smart filtering and out-of-the-box reports that help researchers achieve insights faster.
