Since February 2000, MAXimum Research, Inc. has been serving research consultants, corporations and the government to provide high quality market research survey services. MAXimum Research, Inc. maintains a 300+ station telephone interviewing facility and employ more than 500 people. Our phone room of specially trained interviewers, have completed projects in practically every industry, including, Political Polling, Healthcare, Financial, Business-to-Business, Retail, Travel, Telecommunications, Food & Beverage and more. These projects have ranged from customer satisfaction and tracking to positioning, advertising and everything in between. We have a number of dedicated Inbound phone lines allowing respondents to call in at their most convenient time to complete surveys. 

By using the versatile Survox interviewing software package, created by CfMC, we can allow for complex quota control, centralized data management across modes, operational reports, and flexible sample management capabilities. The software allows for dialing schedules tailored to fit any and all of our clients' needs. All of this, along with our specialty in Multimodal Programs, including SMS Texting; Online Panels, and a multi-state team of skilled interviewers are key to how MAXimum can partner with our clients to deliver results efficiently, accurately, and within budget.
