We leverage modern recruiting technology and proven screening processes to deliver reliable, well-qualified participants for traditional qualitative studies, UX research and mixed-method projects. Clients may engage us for recruiting-only services or full-service support, depending on project needs.

For studies requiring additional markets, we supplement local recruiting with a trusted national partner network. We also have extensive experience recruiting from client-provided customer lists and custom insight communities, ensuring the right audiences for regional and multi-market research projects.

In addition to recruiting, we conduct in-person focus groups at our Pittsburgh research facility, offering a modern observation experience supported by advanced live-streaming and viewing technology. Our observation platform provides multiple viewing modes beyond the traditional one-way mirror, allowing stakeholders to view sessions remotely or on-site with greater clarity and flexibility.
