Pittsburgh Speaks is Schmidt Market Research’s proprietary insight community and leading recruiting resource in the Pittsburgh region. The community includes more than 5,000 engaged residents across the Greater Pittsburgh area, supporting participant recruitment for both qualitative and quantitative research.

We focus on delivering well-qualified participants through a combination of proven screening processes and modern recruiting tools. This supports a range of research needs, including:

• Focus groups and in-depth interviews
• UX and usability research
• Quantitative and mixed-method studies

Clients may engage Pittsburgh Speaks for recruiting-only support or as part of a full-service research engagement, depending on project needs.

For multi-market studies, we extend recruiting beyond Pittsburgh through a trusted national partner network. We also support recruiting from client-provided customer lists and custom research communities, helping ensure the right audiences are represented across both regional and national initiatives.

In-Person Research Facility

In addition to recruiting, we conduct in-person focus groups at our Pittsburgh research facility.
