All of our facilities have competitive technology, including web-enabled video cameras, wireless CAPI units, video conferencing, digital audio and video recording and wireless internet access.

Personal and home care booths

Each of our 12 personal and home care booths are equipped with a 21” touch-enabled, centrally managed computer with a camera, microphone and speakers. There is overhead sconce lighting with color masking available. A large 12”x18” serving door to product preparation area is also included. There is a programmable HVAC system with 100% individual booth exhaust to building’s exterior, purge mode with temperature control and negative pressure for fragrance encapsulation within each booth. Included in each booth is a sink, mirror and counter.

Food and beverage Bbooths

Our 23 food and beverage booths are equipped with a 21” HD touch-enabled centrally managed computer with a camera, microphone and speaker. There is overhead sconce lighting with color masking options. A 12”x18” product pass-through area, completely washable surfaces (including ceiling and walls) and a programmable HVAC system with 100% individual booth exhaust to the building’s exterior, purge mode with temperature control and negative pressure for fragrance encapsulation is within each individual booth.

Focus group room

The focus group room seats up to 15 comfortably and includes a private client lounge with a CCTV via two 80” 4K screens and two HD pan-tilt zoom cameras. There are wireless internet and ethernet connection options available. Clients have the option to record via DVD and/or audio. There is HD Skype enabled conferencing and complimentary password protected video streaming as well.

Multipurpose room

The multipurpose room is 23’x36’ fitting 25 people classroom style or 40 theatre style and is configurable into 10 individual interviewing booths. This totally flexible space can be used for a variety of testing methods.

Test kitchen and lab

The 18’x30’ test kitchen and lab is complete with a walk-in cooler, 40 cu. ft. commercial freezer space, ice machine, 9’ commercial vent hood with fire system, six residential ovens, 10 microwave ovens and a quick-cycle commercial sanitizer.
