Our Milwaukee facility is Wisconsin's premier market research center with specialized product testing facilities and spacious focus group rooms. This space features seven product evaluation rooms, a fully-equipped, commercial test kitchen, highly-flexible, multipurpose room and luxurious focus group suite. Just minutes from Milwaukee's Mitchell Field Airport, this facility was designed to satisfy all consumer product testing methodologies!

Our comfortable focus group rooms, flexible multipurpose rooms, fully-equipped test kitchens and state-of-the-art product testing booths address all of your research needs. For teammates who cannot attend in person, we offer no-cost, secure video streaming. All of our facilities have competitive technology, including web-enabled video cameras, wireless CAPI units, video conferencing, digital audio and video recording and wireless internet access.

Product evaluation rooms

Each of our seven product evaluation rooms have hi-tech water temperature controls, three HVAC settings (by individual room or group), electrical outlets, sink, mirror, counter, toilet and full size washer and dryer. Each surface is washable; including the ceilings, walls, fixtures and appliances. There are two fluorescent light fixtures per room that are operated individually.

Multipurpose room

Our multi-purpose room is 38’x22’ and seats up to 30 classroom style. This space is totally flexible and designed to meet a variety of needs for our clients.

Full commercial kitchen

Our full commercial kitchen is complete with a walk-in cooler, 45 cu. ft. commercial refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, 16’ commercial vent hood, four commercial gas ovens, 20 equal BTU gas burners, five residential electric ovens, four quick-connect gas connections, 45 lbs. two basket commercial fryer, 12 separate 110 circuits, three phase/400 amp electrical service, (12) 1110 watt microwaves and a short cycle commercial dishwasher. This kitchen is suitable for a variety of testing methods and products.

Focus group suite

The focus group room seats up to 12 or offers a tiered client viewing room for 15. There is a private lounge with CCTV, wireless internet and ethernet connections, DVD and audio recording capabilities and videoconferencing and video streaming capabilities. There is also a separate client entrance for convenience.
