Every project has a dedicated project manager for tech support for moderators, respondents and end client observers.

HARK Connect also has a new suite of neurometric methods and measures for deeper understanding of nonconscious consumer emotions. Our AI tools help to streamline insights data extraction for significant time savings on each session.

We have state of the art facilities in the heart of the Loop downtown Chicago, a few blocks away from Times Square in New York City, as well as Austin.
